See it my Way
See it my Way is a unique event run several times a year for Staff. Each event is centred around a patient / family experience subject, for example: Living with and beyond cancer.
See it my Way is a valuable learning opportunity, where staff hear personal stories from patients and their families about their particular hospital experience. These events are very powerful and inspiring and support and align to the Trust goal of being a 'listening organisation, patient centred and compassionate'.
