Introducing DrDoctor

The Royal United Hospital Bath has partnered with DrDoctor to introduce a patient portal. This is a digital communication tool that helps the hospital to communicate effectively with patients.

The patient portal includes the following main functions:

• video consultations
• digital appointment reminders
• digital letters
• digital forms
• digital cancelling / rescheduling requests

Paper-based and non-digital options will continue to be offered alongside the patient portal.

To access your patient portal, visit www.nhs.my/ruh and login using either your demographic details or your NHS App login credentials if available.
