Introducing DrDoctor

The Royal United Hospital Bath has partnered with DrDoctor to introduce a patient portal. This is a digital communication tool that helps the hospital to communicate effectively with patients.

The patient portal includes the following main functions:

  • video consultations
  • digital appointment reminders
  • digital letters
  • digital forms
  • digital cancelling / rescheduling requests

Paper-based and non-digital options will continue to be offered alongside the patient portal.

To access your patient portal, visit drdoctor.thirdparty.nhs.uk and login using either your demographic details or your NHS App login credentials if available.
