Out of hours procedures
The MEL is staffed from 8:00am – 5:00pm on weekdays. Should an item of equipment be required outside of these hours then your first port of call should be the Porters, available on 01225 82 4882.
They have access to the MEL overnight to collect any item you need.
Should you require a Dynamic Mattress out of hours and there are none left in stock then you should contact the Site Manager on 01225 42 8331 and ask reception to bleep 7720. They will record your request and organize the delivery of a rental mattress. Please note that rental requests made after a certain time of evening will have to be recorded and processed first thing in the morning due to limitations in delivery times.
