Cytology

Overview

The study of the structure of all normal and abnormal components of cells and the changes of such components.

Contact the department

The department is open from Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:15

Clinics and General Practitioner Surgeries may request urgent results by contacting one of the Cytology Department's secretaries.

Alternatively, there is a Result Service telephone number for all laboratory results.
