Patient Experience Matters

Patient Experience Activities

The Patient Experience Team work with staff across the hospital to collect patient and carer experience feedback. The team work with staff to identify the best way to collect feedback. This is often done through:

  • Questionnaires
  • Focus Groups
  • Telephone interviews
  • Patient Shadowing
  • Patient Stories

They assist in analysing the feedback so staff can use this information to help them to identify improvements they can make to the services they provide to patients.
