The Recruitment Process


At the shortlisting stage, the recruiting manager will review each application against the person specification. Your personal information will be anonymous at this stage, which ensures we are operating a fair recruitment process.

If you are successful you will be invited to interview via an email to your Trac account. The email will contain details of the date, time, location, who will interview you and whether additional selection tests will be take place. It will also have details of documents you will need to bring with you for the employment checks that we undertake.

These checks include:

  • ID documents (photo driving licence or passport)
  • Qualification certificates relevant to the role for which you are applying

If you have not heard anything within four weeks of the closing date, please assume that, unfortunately, you have not been successful on this occasion.
