About the service
Bank Partners works with the BSW Hospitals Group - which includes the Royal United Hospitals Bath (RUH), Great Western Hospitals (GWH), and Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust (SFT) - to fill temporary staffing gaps using workers registered on their staff bank.
As a bank worker, you will play an important role in supporting our services and patients, while choosing how many hours you work, and when and where you work. This could include shifts across the RUH, Great Western Hospitals, and Salisbury Hospital.

Existing Bank workers can now register with Bank Partners and start booking shifts for August. To register you will need to provide:
- Proof of your right to work in the UK, such as a scan of your passport or visa
- Details of your professional body registration, if applicable
