How can I be referred?

We are happy to see anyone with suspected or confirmed TSC and accept local, national and international referrals from hospital consultants, GPs or other health professionals.

Our patients come from a wide geographical area in the UK and overseas.

Referrals from GPs

GP referrals to our Tuberous Sclerosis Service should be made via the NHS e-Referral Service system.

Referrals from Europe and European Union

We accept referrals where funding has been approved using the S2 form.

Referrals from other health professionals

We can accept initial enquiries over the phone, but referrers are required to make a formal referral in writing to:
