The NHS Bath & Northeast Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire Clinical Commissioners are reviewing the Children's Therapies Service and would like to hear about the experience of everyone accessing the service, and professionals working with the service.

If your baby has been assessed for hip dysplasia (unstable hips), we would like to hear about your experience of the service during your baby's assessment and treatment (if needed). Your views will help us to understand what works well and identify what we can improve. All responses are anonymous.

What do children and young people and parents and carers think of the service they use? Find out the results of our latest survey here.
