C-card
A Condom Card or C-card is a plastic key fob that you can attach to your key ring. You will need to be aged 13 to 24 years old to have a C-card and to receive FREE condoms.
You can be of any sexuality, and you do not have to be sexually active to have a C-card. If you are aged 16-24, you can alternatively register online for a Virtual C-card.
If you are under 16, you will first have a short discussion with a professional about how the scheme works, which will cover:
- Healthy relationships
- Whether you are ready for a sexual relationship
- Keeping yourself safe
- How the C-card scheme works
- How to get help and advice if you need it
