It is important to point out that the resources and information on this page are intended for healthcare professionals working with children and young people with chronic fatigue.

Young people and families are very welcome to look through our service leaflets and information contained here which may be more helpful.

In addition, there is an excellent book written for young people and families which we highly recommend:
