The RUH needs your skills and energy

At this extraordinary time, there is increased and immense pressure on the NHS. We're looking for people with a range of skills to join our bank staff or to volunteer to help support our staff and patients.

Flexible working at competitive rates

Our Staffing Solutions team (the 'bank') provides internal, flexible, temporary staffing solutions to the Trust. The bank offers additional hours to existing staff and for those wishing to work on a temporary/casual basis. As a Bank worker you can book work just a few hours in advance and up to six weeks ahead.

The bank team recruit for nurses, midwives, healthcare support workers, ancillary staff such as cleaners, porters and catering staff, administrative and clerical roles such as medical secretaries, ward clerks and administrative assistants.
