The Care Quality Commission uses national surveys to find out about the experience of patients when receiving care and treatment from healthcare organisations.

The Trust Board receives summary of patient survey results and these can be accessed through the Trust Board papers.

In addition to the Healthcare Commission, there are a number of other external bodies who monitor and/or inspect our services to ensure that we are safeguarding our staff, patients, volunteers and members of the public who visit our premises.
When a relevant report is published, it can normally be accessed through the Trust Board papers.
