Results
If there is anything to discuss with you, for example a positive result, we will phone, text or send a letter depending on your preference. If all your results are negative and you have consented to texting we will routinely send a message stating "all ok with recent tests - TRC".
You can also phone us for results but please wait two weeks from the time you attended, and phone either the Health Advisers or our receptionists between 09:00 - 14:00, Monday to Friday.

If for any reason you need a letter confirming your results, there is a £20 fee. You must bring photo identification, either driving licence or passport, to your appointment and the same ID when you attend for the letter 2 weeks later.
Please ensure your contact details are kept up to date and you have clearly indicated on your registration sheet which form of communication you prefer.
