Phoning the appointment line

When you phone our appointment line you will be put through to one of our receptionists.

If you are phoning with concerns regarding symptoms, pain or are a contact of someone who has tested positive you will be added to our call back service for triage and telephone consultation.

Please be aware this telephone consultation will come through from a "withheld" or "unknown" number. Our call back service has very limited availability, unfortunately we are unable to guarantee you an appointment.

For this reason we ask that you phone as close to 8.30am as possible when our lines open and appreciate that on some occasions we may ask you to phone back and try again the following working day.

Our staff are important to us here at the Riverside, we ask that if you attending or phoning the clinic, you respect our zero tolerance to abuse policy.
