The Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust employs over 4,500 staff working across a wide range of clinical and non clinical services.
The Human Resources (HR) department is responsible for providing a service to the Trust leading on all HR/personnel issues ensuring best practice in workforce management and development and employee relations.
There are a significant number of HR policies; procedures and guidance available about training, recruitment and retention; work/life balance; flexible working; health and safety; communication with staff; contracts and diversity.
There are also policy documents on disciplinary procedures, grievances, sickness and absence management, equal opportunities, harassment, bullying and discrimination and pay and pensions.
