1:1 Support
Assessment Appointment
Assessment Appointment
Assessment appointments provide an opportunity to explore in more depth the difficulties you are experiencing and the challenges you may be facing in overcoming them. You will be supported to identify a focus for any subsequent sessions and an overall goal or outcome you are hoping for. You will also be provided with guidance and resources to improve your wellbeing. Following an assessment session you may be offered wellbeing sessions (usually three to six sessions over three to six weeks) or be referred for support from another organisation.
Stress Management Session
Stress Management Session
Stress management sessions are designed to help you identify the causes of your stress and learn about strategies to manage and reduce it. You'll be supported with various tools, models and resources to help you develop more helpful coping strategies and improve your wellbeing. After the initial session you'll be offered a follow up session (usually a month later) so you can check back in and get further support to make adjustments to your wellbeing plan.
Burnout Recovery Sessions
Burnout Recovery Sessions
Burnout recovery sessions are spaced out over a longer time period (usually three sessions over six weeks) as we recognise that recovery from burnout can take a bit longer. Each session will focus on key stages of recovery and you'll be supported to think about the changes you'd like to make to help with your recovery journey. After you've worked through the recovery stages you'll be offered a follow up session (usually a month later) so you can check back in and update your recovery plan.
TRiM (Trauma Risk Management) Conversation
TRiM (Trauma Risk Management) Conversation
A TRiM conversation is a structured, guided and supportive conversation that usually takes place after a traumatic incident or highly distressing event. The focus is on beginning to process your experience and the impact is has had on you. You will learn about the normal signs and symptoms of post-traumatic stress, offered guidance about self-care and a follow up conversation (usually a month later) so you can check back in on any remaining signs and symptoms. If necessary, you may be offered further support from the Staff Wellbeing Team.
