• 1-27 days: £24.09 + VAT per night
• Monthly rate: £480
• Small single room (sharing communal areas with up to 6 guests)

Band 2

• 1-27 days: £25.01 + VAT per night
• Monthly rate: £510
• Small single room (sharing communal areas with up to 4 guests)

Band 3 (limited availability)

• 1-27 days: £25.93 + VAT per night
• Monthly rate: £595
• Medium single room with shared lounge area (sharing communal areas with up to 2 guests)

Band 4 (limited availability)

• 1-27 days: £26.85 + VAT per night
• Monthly rate: £615
• Medium single room with shared lounge area (sharing communal areas with only 1 other guest)

If you are looking for a long term stay (28 days or more), we can accommodate this on a first come, first served basis. As shown in the links above on Page 2, please click 'APPLY FOR SINGLE ACCOMMODATION' and complete the form to submit your request. You will receive a response within 48 hours. Payment is arranged via salary deduction, with the monthly amount taken directly from your payslip.
