Privacy Notice
EAP collects personal information about you so we can contact you about your appointments and any other issue relating to the service we provide. We only use this information to help us provide a professional service to you that runs smoothly, is confidential and is one you can trust.
Some of the information we collect is used anonymously in our reporting back to your organisation. Examples of this information include demographic data (e.g. gender, diversity, division, or why people contact us), all of which does not identify you or anyone else.
Your data is held securely in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). EAP complies with Trust Information Governance policy and procedures alongside the Data Protection Act (2018).
Your information is stored securely for 8 years and then is carefully and confidentially destroyed.
You have the right to ask to see the information we hold about you and if you would like to have a copy of your records we will provide this within 30 days of your written request. You may also ask that your information is deleted or removed where there is no need for us to continue processing it, and you can ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information in your records.
