34 year old female with severe hypertension and episodes of flash pulmonary oedema. Raised urinary catecholamines but normal CT abdomen ? phaeochromocytoma

Procedure

Anterior and posterior images are shown, 24hrs after injection

Questions

1) What is the likely diagnosis?
2) Is this a common site?
3) How can you tell if it is malignant or not?
4) Does the episode of pulmonary oedema suggest any pathophysiology?
5) Should the patient discontinue their antihypertensives before an MIBG scintigram?
