Overview
The psychological impact of a serious illness can be very disabling and the service at the RUH aims to help both patients and staff to understand and manage this part of the experience of being ill as well as possible. Although the main focus is on pain management, cancer and long term conditions the psychology service is happy, where it can, to support any patient in hospital to manage their condition.
