Referral Guidelines
Referral to all the Bath Centre for Pain Services can be made as follows:
Consultant referrals may be made in writing and addressed to:

Adult Pain Rehabilitation Interventions:
Four week supported accommodation group pain rehabilitation programme
Three week young adults residential group rehabilitation programme
Individual admission
Lead Clinicians for Children and Adolescent Services
Dr Jacqui Clinch & Dr Valerie Rogers - Consultants in Paediatric Rheumatology and Chronic Pain
Dr Hannah Connell - Consultant Clinical Psychologist & Clinical Lead
Children and Adolescent Pain Rehabilitation Interventions
Individual interventions (all ages)
CRPS - intensive intervention for children with complex regional pain syndrome
Outpatient Pain Clinic
This service is provided for children under the care of a Consultant and the Bristol Royal Hospital for Children. Consultants and GP's can refer. A monthly assessment clinic is held at Bristol Royal Hospital for Children. Outpatient pain interventions are provided by Specialist Clinical Psychologists and Physiotherapists is provided from the Bath Centre for Pain Services at the Royal National Hospital for Rheumatic Diseases.
Private Referrals
The Bath Centre for Pain Services accepts private referrals in writing.
