International Women's Day

In the lead up to International Women's Day, the Women's Network at the RUH has been interviewing staff from across the Trust about their career highlights and personal achievements. One of the themes which emerged from these conversations was the experience of imposter syndrome.

In this video Cara Charles-Barks, Chief Executive, and Poppy Moorhouse-Woolf, Young Women's Network Lead, discuss imposter syndrome, what it is and how to overcome it.
