Advanced Life Support (e-ALS)
The e-ALS course combines one day of flexible e-learning with a one-day face-to-face practical session, reducing time away from clinical duties. It is designed for healthcare professionals requiring advanced life support skills in acute care settings, including doctors, nurses and paramedics. The course focuses on recognising and managing deteriorating patients using an ABCDE approach, delivering high-quality CPR, managing cardiac arrest within a multidisciplinary team, and developing leadership and non-technical skills. Successful candidates are awarded a nationally recognised ALS provider certificate valid for four years.

Advanced Paediatric Life Support course (APLS)
APLS is a three-day course combining e-learning and face-to-face training, designed for healthcare professionals involved in paediatric care. It focuses on recognising and managing seriously ill or injured children using a structured ABCDE approach, including resuscitation, stabilisation and emergency decision-making. The course also develops practical skills, teamwork and communication through clinical simulations, helping clinicians improve confidence and patient outcomes in paediatric emergencies.

Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS)
ATLS is a structured training programme designed for healthcare professionals involved in trauma care, focusing on the rapid and systematic assessment and management of critically injured patients. The course combines pre-course learning with face-to-face practical training, teaching a prioritised ABCDE approach to identify and treat life-threatening injuries. It develops skills in trauma resuscitation, decision-making, teamwork and leadership, enabling clinicians to manage trauma patients effectively in the early stages of care.

Newborn Life Support Course (NLS)
NLS course is a one-day programme delivered at a Course Centre, supported by pre-course preparation including a manual and online assessment. NLS is designed for healthcare professionals involved in the delivery and care of newborn infants, including medical and nursing staff, midwives, paramedics and resuscitation officers. The course focuses on developing the skills to assess and manage newborns in the first 10–20 minutes after birth, including recognising deterioration, initiating resuscitation, and providing effective airway management and ventilatory support.
