Step three: Verifying your ID

Please book an appointment to meet with us online to verify your ID and eligibility to work.

Before your appointment, you'll need to email us with your ID documents, ID photo and anything else we've asked you to send.

Once we have verified your ID and have your documents, we'll be able to start setting you up on the RUH systems and creating your ID badge and IT accounts.

You will find your joining forms in your TRAC Task list which you can complete directly in TRAC.

Your Photo

So we can get your ID badge ready for your first day, we will need a passport style photo (this needs to be of professional nature – head and shoulders against a neutral background). Here is a guide to help you with how to take a digital passport style photo.
