Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS)

The local Patient Advice and Liaison Service is a team within the RUH,offering advice on how to get the best from your NHS and what to do if you believe something may have gone wrong.

PALS is a confidential service and offers information and advice to patients, relatives, carers and visitors.

The local PALS co-ordinator is based at the main entrance to the Trust.
