Therapy Boost Programme
The 0-4's Therapy Boost Programme is an intensive multi-disciplinary therapy provision, for preschool children, who require more than two types of therapy input. It is carried out over 8 weekly sessions.
Neonatal Unit
Babies who were born before 32 weeks gestation, weigh less than 1500 grams at birth or babies who were cooled at birth, are offered an appointment when they are 3 months old (corrected gestational age) to review their development. The babies who come to this clinic are then offered a Developmental assessment when they are 2 years old.
Club Foot / Structural Talipes
Babies with a diagnosis of club foot / structural talipes are treated using the ponseti protocol. If babies have an antenatal diagnosis we will meet to discuss treatment with parents. Babies are assessed and treatment started usually from two weeks old.
