Fluoride CHEM: Glucose, Alcohol, Lactate and Xylose.
Lithium Heparin CHEM: Urea & Electrolytes, Calcium Group, LFTs, Direct bilirubin, Lipids, Amylase, Whole blood potassium, Bicarbonate, CRP, Urate, Magnesium, CK and TSH
Serum Separating HAEM: Vit B12, Serum Folate, Ferritin, Infectious Mononucleosis

IMMUN: All Immunology requests except HLA Typing & Cell Markers

CHEM: Urea & Electrolytes, Calcium Group, LFTs, Lipids, Amylase, Cardiac Enzymes, Magnesium, Bicarbonate, Fructosamine, Copper, Salicylate, Paracetamol, Lithium, Digoxin, Hormone Profiles, Thyroid function tests (TSH, FT3 and FT4), Tumour markers, Vitamins, Insulin, Cholinesterase, Cryoglobulins, Electrophoresis, Osmolality and Therapeutic Drug Monitoring.
Dark microvette CHEM: Paediatric Bilirubin
Microvette CHEM: Paediatric glycated haemoglobin (HbA1C)
EDTA HAEM: FBC, Reticulocytes, Red cell folate, Plasma Viscocity, Haemoglobinopathy screening, Direct Coombs test and Baby blood group (<4months only otherwise use 4ml or 6ml EDTA tubes)

CHEM: Ammonia, CarboxyHb, Lead, Porphyrin, Red Cell Transketolase, HbA1C and Cyclosporin
Citrate HAEM: All coagulation requests
