Special instructions
1 x EDTA sample required.

B27 PCR samples are stable for one day at 15 to 25 degrees Celsius without any loss in DNA yield, or up to 1 week with only moderate loss in yield.

Storage at 2 to 8 degrees Celsius for up to 7 days is recommended to reduce loss in yield.

Time limit for add on = 2 days. Interfering substances = none known.
