William Budd High Dose Samples
Haematology/oncology staff must inform biochemistry clinical staff, within routine working hours, of any patient on William Budd ward receiving high dose methotrexate requiring measurement of levels.
William Budd ward will be contacted directly by UBHT with the results, and this should be expected within 12 hours.
